Scott Singh

Scott Singh currently serves as a Project Manager at City Electric Works, Inc. since February 2019 and has held the role of Facilities Director at San Diego Humane Society and SPCA since July 2008. In the capacity of Facilities Director, Scott oversees facilities maintenance and project planning for three campuses located between San Diego and Oceanside, while also maintaining all environmental permits and managing various contracts.
