Elena Gomez

Elena Gomez is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in journalism and communications. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Media Relations at the University of San Diego since March 2020, Elena also works as a freelance reporter for ABC News in Los Angeles and as a freelance writer for San Diego Magazine. Additionally, Elena founded and hosts HomeTold with Elena, a lifestyle blog focusing on North County San Diego. Previous roles include Digital Media Producer at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, and Reporter/Multimedia Journalist with significant live-reporting experience at NBC 7 San Diego.
