Eowyn Bates has extensive experience in philanthropy and institutional advancement, currently serving as the Vice President of Philanthropy and Engagement at the San Diego Natural History Museum since October 2005. Eowyn has held various leadership roles within the museum, including Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Senior Director of Development. Prior to this, Eowyn worked at the Salk Institute as a Development Officer and Coordinator of Donor Stewardship from April 2003 to October 2005. Eowyn's career also includes significant roles at Project Concern International and the Minnesota Multi Housing Association, highlighting a strong background in resource development and member services. Eowyn holds a degree from Macalester College, earned from 1991 to 1995.
