Jeffrey A. Shoaf, P.E., PMP, is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as Principal Engineer at the San Diego County Water Authority, a position held since December 2005. In this role, Jeffrey plans, organizes, and evaluates project work while overseeing the design process for several Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Civil Engineer for the City of San Diego's Water & Wastewater Facilities Division, where Jeffrey supervised a large engineering team and managed quality assurance processes. Other roles include Associate Civil Engineer and Assistant Civil Engineer in various divisions of the City of San Diego, contributing to the design and management of public works projects and infrastructure. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, earned in 1987.
