Rebecca Melillo

Rebecca Melillo is an experienced professional with a strong background in management analysis and public administration. Currently serving as a Supervising Management Analyst at the San Diego County Water Authority since September 2016, Rebecca has progressed through various roles, including Senior Management Analyst and Management Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a Management Analyst for the City of Carlsbad from January 2000 to October 2015, and as a Recruitment Coordinator at the University of California San Diego from 1994 to 2000. Rebecca holds a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University, a Project Management Certificate from the University of San Diego, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC San Diego, and a Human Resources Management Certificate from UC San Diego.
