Michael Bybee

Michael Bybee is a highly experienced Data Program Manager currently working at the San Francisco Department of the Environment since July 2021. In this role, Michael oversees administration, development, analysis, reporting, and training/user support, focusing on creating scalable data structures to align project needs.
