Alexis Lustbader has extensive work experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Alexis began their career as a Front Desk Agent at Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa in 2002, where they provided customer service to hotel, restaurant, and spa guests as part of an internship. In 2003, they joined Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as a Front Desk Agent, where they continued to deliver high-quality customer service and collaborated with various hotel departments.
In 2004, Alexis worked as a Tourism Division Intern at San Francisco Travel Association, supporting the tourism sales department with administrative tasks and creating a group travel dining directory. Alexis then joined the San Francisco Giants in 2005 as a Tours Coordinator/Manager, responsible for coordinating and managing tours for guests.
Throughout their tenure at the San Francisco Giants, Alexis advanced in their role, becoming the Director of Guest Services in 2012, the Senior Director of Guest Services in 2016, and finally the Vice President of Guest Services in March 2021. In these positions, they played a crucial role in overseeing guest services and ensuring an exceptional experience for patrons.
Alexis Lustbader completed a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from San Francisco State University between 2002 and 2005. Alexis also obtained an Associate's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Gavilan College from 1999 to 2002. They completed their high school education at Gilroy High School between 1996 and 1999.
