Hanan Obeidi

Hanan Obeidi, MPH, CHES, currently serves as Vice President of Health Services Programs at San Francisco Health Plan since April 2022. In this role, Hanan develops and executes strategies to integrate contract requirements and enhance program quality, while overseeing CalAIM, Population Health Management, and Behavioral Health initiatives. Prior to this position, Hanan held several leadership roles at L.A. Care Health Plan, including Senior Director of Medi-Cal Product Management, and has accumulated extensive public health experience through previous roles at organizations such as the World Health Organization, Medweb, and Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services. Hanan's expertise encompasses public health emergency management, operational leadership, and performance reporting, alongside a strong commitment to public health advocacy demonstrated through board involvement with the Southern California Public Health Association.
