Suzanne Samuel

Suzanne Samuel is a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in program management, policy development, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Population Health Manager at San Francisco Health Plan, Suzanne leads initiatives focused on health equity for underserved populations. Prior experience includes a leadership role at the California Department of Public Health, where Suzanne oversaw multiple teams to enhance infectious disease preparedness and developed resources to address health disparities. As the owner of Suzanne Samuel Consulting, Suzanne provided strategic consulting for various organizations, including eBay and Healthforce.
