Eugene Chang

Eugene Chang, CPP, has extensive experience in operations management, primarily in the parking and rental car industries. Currently serving as the Parking Operations Manager at San Francisco International Airport since October 2018, Eugene oversees parking facilities and manages fiscal budgets for the airport. Prior positions include Senior Manager II of Operations at SP+ and Assistant Operations Manager at ABM Industries, where Eugene contributed to operational efficiency and financial forecasting. Earlier in the career, Eugene worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in various roles, including Accounting Assistant and Rental Branch Manager, where significant achievements included revenue growth and reduction of operational costs. Eugene holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Riverside.
