Joanna Hernandez

Joanna Hernandez has a diverse work experience in the field of criminal justice and reentry programs. Joanna started their career in 2000 as the Intervention Services Director at Mission Neighborhood Centers. Later in 2006, they joined Goodwill Industries as the Criminal Justice and Reentry Manager and also worked as a Criminal Justice Specialist. In 2014, they became a Reentry Pod Monitor at Five Keys Schools and Programs. Joanna then progressed to become the Director of Reentry and In Custody Programs in Northern California. Their most recent position was as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at the San Francisco Pretrial Diversion Project, which they started in 2022.
