Phillip Pounders

Phillip Pounders is an experienced SCADA programming specialist currently employed at San Jacinto River Authority since September 2019, where responsibilities include the design, development, integration, and maintenance of HMI graphics interfaces using AVEVA System Platform 2020 R2, as well as network configuration and project oversight. Prior to this role, Phillip served as a control systems technician at North Texas Municipal Water District and as a control systems integrator at LB Foster Europe. Earlier experience includes working as a network system administrator and EEG technician at Allen Chu MD from February 2012 to March 2017. Phillip holds an Associate’s Degree and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Houston North.
