Patricia Duany

Patricia Duany has extensive experience in museum collection management and administration, currently serving as the Collection Manager and Database Administrator at the San José Museum of Art since March 2022. Prior to this role, Patricia acted as Collection Assistant at the Haffenreffer Museum of Anthropology and held positions as Assistant Registrar at both the Pérez Art Museum Miami and MDC Museum of Art + Design. Earlier career experiences include roles as Registrar at a Private Art Collection and Assistant Registrar at Colección Patricia Phelps de Cisneros. Patricia began the professional journey with internships at The New York Public Library, Mike Weiss Gallery, and various institutions, culminating in a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Modern Languages from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
