Bill Tuttle

Bill Tuttle has had a diverse work experience with different organizations. Bill started their career in 1988 as a Navy Submarine Officer in the US Navy, serving until 1993. In 2001, they joined San Jose Water as an Asst. Chief Engineer - Planning and Development, and later became the Vice President of Engineering in May 2020. In 2012, Bill became a Happy Hollow Foundation Board Member.

Bill Tuttle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
