Roberta Locke has extensive experience in public service, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant for San Juan County Government since September 1999. From March 2012 to March 2016, Roberta held the position of Commissioner in the City of Aztec, New Mexico. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from New Mexico Highlands University, completed in 2016, as well as leadership training from the Leadership New Mexico Local Government Program (2013) and Leadership San Juan Class of 2010. Additionally, Roberta earned an Associate of Arts degree from San Juan College between 1987 and 1990 and graduated from Aztec High School in 1982.
