Nidhi Patel

Nidhi Patel has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nidhi started their career as an Environmental Discussion Forum Leader and Lecturer/Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University from August 2006 to May 2008. Nidhi then continued as a Lecturer/Teaching Assistant at East Carolina University from August 2008 to May 2010.

In 2008, Nidhi also worked as a Research Assistant and Laboratory Coordinator at the Organic Geochemistry Laboratory until August 2010. Nidhi gained experience as a Junior Geochemist at Columbia Technologies from June 2011 to December 2011, where they collected and analyzed hydro-chemical, geo-chemical, and bio-chemical data.

Nidhi Patel worked as a Hydrogeologist at AECOM from January 2012 to July 2021. In this role, they specialized in aquifer testing, NAPL mobility and recovery, and groundwater remediation design. Nidhi also developed calibration models and tools for determining endpoints. Nidhi joined SAE Expression College as an Adjunct Professor in April 2018, teaching until December 2021. Nidhi then joined San Mateo County Community College District as an Adjunct Professor from August 2018 and is currently continuing in that role.

Nidhi Patel completed their education in the field of geological sciences. Nidhi started their studies in 2003 at North Carolina State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences with a concentration in Geology. Nidhi successfully completed their undergraduate program in 2008. Following that, they further advanced their education by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Geological Sciences at East Carolina University from 2008 to 2011.
