Mike Torres, PMP, CISSP, is an accomplished professional in information technology and telecommunications, currently serving as the Manager of Information Technology & Telecommunications at San Mateo County Transit District since January 2019. Prior experience includes positions as CIO at Century 21 Realty Alliance, where Mike supported over 350 agents across the Bay Area, and Senior Project Manager at Sutter Health, overseeing significant project initiatives. Mike has held roles as IT Project Manager for the County of San Mateo, Technical Project Manager at the University of San Francisco, and Board Member on the City of Redwood City Board of Building Review. Mike brings extensive expertise from various project management roles in notable organizations, including First Republic Bank and UCSF Medical Center. Mike holds a BS in Finance from San Francisco State University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Skyline College.
