Steven Needels

Steven Needels has a strong background in healthcare operations and management. Steven has held roles such as Director of Operations at San Mateo Medical Center and Wellington Regional Medical Center. In these positions, they successfully managed clinics, developed strategic plans, and coached teams to improve productivity. Steven also has experience in healthcare consulting, where they developed operational initiatives and supported the implementation of clinical equipment. At Siebel Systems, they served as a Senior Consultant, contributing to the development of a Healthcare Competency Center and providing sales support for health-related software solutions.
