Yancy Hawkins

Yancy Hawkins has a diverse and extensive work experience. Yancy is currently working at San Mateo Union High School District as the Associate Superintendent and Chief Business Officer since March 2021. Prior to this, they were the Assistant Superintendent and Chief Financial Officer at Novato Unified School District from October 2016 to March 2021. Yancy also served as the Chief Business Official at Larkspur-Corte Madera School District from December 2013 to September 2016. Before entering the education sector, Yancy worked at Palo Alto Unified School District as the Director of Finance from February 2010 to December 2013. Yancy gained further experience in finance and auditing at the Marin County Office of Education from September 2008 to February 2010, and at Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager from September 2002 to September 2008.

Yancy Hawkins pursued higher education from 1997 to 2002 at UCLA, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting.
