Luis Sanchez Cordova

Luis Sanchez Cordova is an experienced recruitment and selection analyst with a background in corporate talent management across Latin America at San Miguel Industrias PET S.A. since December 2018, overseeing the recruitment processes for managerial positions in Peru and LATAM. Prior to this role, Luis worked at ManpowerGroup from May 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included managing recruitment for top companies in various sectors such as Industrial and Mining and conducting competency-based interviews and assessment centers. Additional experience includes a position at BPO Human Resources as a recruitment intern. Luis holds a license in Psychology and specialized degrees in Human Resources from Universidad ESAN, as well as a certification in Power BI from NEW HORIZON SCHOOL.
