Vanessa Martinez

Vanessa Martinez has an extensive background in environmental and educational initiatives, currently serving as the Environmental Project Coordinator for the San Pasqual Band Of Mission Indians since August 2016. Previously, Vanessa held the position of Program Aide in the San Pasqual Education Department from September 2012 to August 2016 and participated as an AmeriCorps Member. Vanessa holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from San Diego State University, one in American Indian/Native American Studies and another in Sustainability Studies, both earned in May 2022. Additionally, Vanessa obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Social Sciences and Arts/Humanities from Palomar College in 2019.
