Rich Buchicchio has over 40 years of experience in sales and marketing. Rich began their career in 1983 as a Freeholder's Aid for the Board of Chosen Freeholders in Hudson County. In 1988, they worked as a Materials Expeditor for Paige Electric Co., L.P. Rich then moved to LAPP Group in 1989, where they worked as an Inside Sales Representative for the Midwest USA territory for three years. From 1992 to 1998, they were the Regional Sales Manager for the Northeastern USA Sales Territory (New England & Mid-Atlantic) and a Product Manager responsible for key market and new product sales. In 1998, they were promoted to Director of North American Marketing, managing a group of 21. In 2001, Rich became the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for International Cordsets Inc., where they set up inside and outside sales and distribution networks, expanded the supplier base, coordinated vendor purchase programs, and managed molding and assembly operations. In 2002, they took on the role of Sales & Marketing Director for Leoni, responsible for all sales, marketing, new business development, and key account management aspects for the entire Northeastern USA, as well as standard product sales in North America. In 2004, they started up D&R Solutions as a Manufacturer's Sales Representative and Sales/Marketing Consulting Organization. From 2009 to 2013, Rich worked as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Cicoil Corporation, overseeing sales for the Eastern USA and Canada, Europe, Israel, and all Corporate Marketing activities. In 2012, they became the National Sales and Product/Marketing Manager for Cicoil, developing their first Product Print, Online Catalogs, Pricing Programs, 17 New Products, Standard Assemblies Product Offering, International Distribution Programs, Sales Representative Network, and Value Added Reseller Program. In 2022, they became the Business Development Manager for Mil-Aero at Times Microwave Systems. Most recently, Rich has been the National Sales Manager for San-tron, Inc., providing RF connector options for standard and custom applications.
Rich Buchicchio began their educational journey at Hudson Catholic HS in Jersey City, NJ, where they earned a General Degree in Business & Electronics Technology from 1979-1983. Rich then attended Rutgers University - Newark from 1983-1988, earning a BA in Marketing. In 1991, they began attending William Paterson University of New Jersey, where they are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
