Fernanda Santos is a seasoned Customer Service Analyst with extensive experience in managing order processes and logistics within the pharmaceutical and animal health industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Analyst at SAN Group since June 2022, Fernanda has been with SANPHAR Saúde Animal since November 2006, progressing through various roles including Senior and Pleno Analyst positions, where responsibilities included critical order analysis, inventory management, and customer support for Key Account clients.
