Chris Prochak

Chris Prochak has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2005, they started their career as a Propulsion Controls Engineer at The Boeing Company, where they worked until 2009. Chris then worked as a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in 2010.

Later in 2010, Chris co-founded Captain Smith Coffee, LLC and served as the Co-founder and COO until 2011. Chris then returned to The Boston Consulting Group and worked as a Consultant from 2011 to 2013 and as a Project Leader from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, Chris joined Beam Benefits as the Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, they played a significant role in launching the company's insurance product, developing go-to-market strategies, and leading various departments. In 2019, they transitioned to the position of COO, focusing on scaling the business and improving operational KPIs.

From 2020 to 2021, Chris worked as the VP of Product at Path Robotics. Chris led the development of product roadmaps, implemented organizational processes, and played a crucial role in securing funding for the company.

Currently, Chris is the Head of Insurance Operations at Sana, a position they began in 2022.
