Elsa Ress

Elsa Ress is a highly experienced project manager specializing in digital transformation within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Projektmanagerin Digitalisierung at Sana Kliniken since January 2022, Elsa oversees KHZG projects and digital initiatives across four hospitals in the Sana Group. Prior to this, Elsa worked at KPMG Deutschland from July 2018 to January 2022, holding roles from Assistant Managerin to Senior Associate in Public Sector Consulting, where responsibilities included strategy development for social security entities, digital record implementation for pension systems, and healthcare strategy development during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier experiences include roles at gök Consulting AG, Roche Diabetes Care Deutschland, and Klinikum Bayreuth GmbH, focusing on strategic procurement, market access analysis, and patient management.
