Nina Bionda

Nina Bionda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as the VP of Research and Development at Sanara MedTech since September 2022. Prior to this role, Nina held various positions at iFyber from September 2015 to August 2022, including Director of Research and Director of Microbiological Services, where responsibilities included supporting customer acquisition and leading pre-clinical in vitro testing initiatives. Nina's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry/Biochemistry from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology/Biochemical Engineering from the University of Zagreb. Additionally, significant research contributions were made as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the University of Rochester and as a Pre-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Torrey Pines Institute for Molecular Studies, showcasing expertise in peptide synthesis and antimicrobial research.
