Joa Robins CPCC ACC has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Starting in 1995, Joa worked as a Project Manager at Bell and Howell until 1998. Following this, from 1991 to 1994, Joa attended La Martiniere-Terreaux in Lyon, France, earning a Bachelor's degree in International Business.

Continuing their education in coaching, Joa completed the Co-Active Coaching Foundation and Certification program at The Coaches Training Institute from 2006 to 2008. They also pursued Leadership Coaching at The Coaches Training Institute in 2007 and 2008. Additionally, Joa engaged in Application Coaching at Axialent, though the specific duration is unspecified.
