Mark Bixter (he/him)

Mark Bixter has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 as the Managing Director of Spark Inside, where they oversaw HR, operations, and finance and developed strategies to facilitate a more fulfilling and rehabilitative culture in the criminal justice system. In 2016, they became a Freelance Life Coach and received their Life Coaching certification from the Ministry of Entrepreneurship (MOE). Mark worked with clients across various sectors and became an accredited coach with the Association for Coaching. Mark also served as a Leadership Coach at Frontline - Changing Lives starting in 2018 and as a Coach at Spark Inside in 2019. Additionally, they delivered a coaching skills course as a Lead Trainer for the MOE Foundation in 2017. Mark Bixter has also been involved in non-profit organizations such as Daedalus Theatre Company, where they served as a Trustee from 2017 to 2021, and Magic Me, where they worked as a General Manager from 2017 to 2020. Mark is also a Wedding and Family Celebrant, qualified to deliver bespoke ceremonies for weddings, civil partnerships, baby namings, and vow renewals. Most recently, they joined Young Women's Trust in 2020 as a Life Coach and Sanctus as a Mental Health Coach, both ongoing roles.

Mark Bixter attended the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a 3 Year Acting Diploma in the field of Acting. In 2006, they enrolled in The Open University and completed an Introduction to Humanities Course in the field of Humanities. In addition to their formal education, Mark has obtained several certifications, including Enhanced Practitioner in Narrative Coaching from the World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS) in July 2018, Certificate in Marriage and Family Celebrancy from the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants Limited in December 2016, MOE Certified Coach from the MOE Foundation in November 2016, ORSC Fundamentals from ICF España in June 2016, and a Certificate in Personal Coaching from The Coaching Academy (specific dates for the last certification were not provided).
