Teresa Wilson

Teresa Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Teresa began their career as an Editor at Egmont Children's Books in 2002 and then worked as a Graphic Designer at The Writers Bureau from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they transitioned to become a Partnership Manager at People's Voice Media, where they managed the development of a network of organizations focused on community reporting activities.

In 2013, Wilson started their own business called Teresa Wilson Coaching, where they worked as a Personal Development Coach. Alongside this, they also worked at Coaching Inside and Out as the Head of Operations, responsible for supporting coach development and client experience. Teresa held this role from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Volunteer Life Coach at the same organization from 2013 to 2019.

Wilson's coaching career continued with roles as an Associate Coach at Sanctus in 2018, Result CIC in 2019, and Animas Centre for Coaching from 2020 to 2022. In 2019, they also joined Manchester Mind as a Member of the Board of Trustees.

Throughout their career, Wilson has demonstrated their skills in coaching, graphic design, and project management. Teresa excels in supporting coach development, client experience, and community involvement.

Teresa Wilson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from The University of Manchester from 1992 to 1995. Teresa then pursued a Certificate in Coaching with a focus on Cognitive Behavioural Coaching at the Centre for Coaching from 2012 to 2013.

In order to enhance their coaching expertise, Teresa completed a Diploma in Transformational Coaching at the Animas Centre for Coaching from 2016 to 2017. Teresa furthered their skills in coaching by obtaining a Certificate in Group Coaching from the same institution in 2017. Additionally, Teresa completed a Diploma in Team Coaching Mastery at the Executive Coach Studio in 2018.

Teresa Wilson has also obtained additional certifications. In March 2021, they achieved the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation. In February 2021, they received the ICF Member Badge from the same institution.
