Kavi Ramburn

Kavi Ramburn is an experienced professional in program delivery, product management, and evaluation, currently serving as the Director of Program Delivery at both Sand Technologies and the African Leadership Group since April 2019. With a proven track record of scaling leadership and tech training programs from under 150 learners to over 85,000 across Africa, Kavi effectively manages large-scale operations and delivery teams. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager, where Kavi designed community engagement experiences and managed product roadmaps, and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager for Free the Slaves, where Kavi led development initiatives across multiple countries. Kavi's educational background includes a Master’s Degree from Columbia University in Development Economics and International Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Earlham College.
