Jessica Navarro

Jessica Navarro has a diverse work experience in customer care and service coordination roles. Jessica started their career at Visiting Nurse Service of New York as a Member Service Representative in 2007, then moved on to roles such as Enrollment Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator. Jessica later worked as a Service Coordinator at Northwell Health before progressing to positions at Sandata Technologies, where they served as a Senior Customer Care Specialist Tier II, Manager Customer Care, and eventually as the Director of Customer Care.

Jessica Navarro started their education in 2009 at Ashford University, focusing on Social Sciences.
