Tim Huff

Timothy Huff is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Shareholder at Sandberg Phoenix since September 2022, where the practice involves representing small to medium-sized businesses, individuals, banks, school districts, developers, and property owners in various real estate transactions, successfully managing the sale and purchase of over $100 million in commercial and multifamily real estate throughout their career. Additionally, Timothy has been a Partner at Niedner, Bodeux, Carmichael, Huff, Lenox, Pashos and Simpson, LLP since August 1990, concentrating on contract negotiation and drafting, real estate transactions, banking law, litigation, estate planning, probate and trust administration, landlord-tenant matters, and other business issues.
