Megan Sand Carr

Megan Sand Carr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and business development. Since February 2013, Megan has served as the Sr. Business Development Manager at Sand Companies, Inc., where responsibilities encompass strategic site development, financial analysis, and facilitating financing for multifamily and hotel projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Sr. Real Estate Analyst at both Jones Lang LaSalle from September 2011 to January 2013 and Target from August 2009 to September 2011. Megan holds a Juris Doctor degree and an Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, obtained from 2006 to 2009, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Accounting from the College of Saint Benedict, earned between 2002 and 2006.
