Karen Brabin has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Karen started their career as a Recruitment Manager at LBM in 2003 and worked there until 2005. In this role, they were responsible for managing the MSP (Managed Service Provider) account for the second largest supermarket chain in the United Kingdom, delivering technology, digital, and change recruitment services. Karen also developed and maintained relationships with key stakeholders.

Karen Brabin completed their BA Hons degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Bolton between 1999 and 2002.
