Michelle Neri, MBA, possesses extensive experience in financial services and operations management. Currently serving as Card Services Manager at Sandia Area Federal Credit Union since August 2023, Michelle has held several managerial roles, including AVP, Sr. Manager of Bank Operations at BOK Financial from August 2021 to August 2023, and Check Processing Manager at Nusenda Credit Union from July 2019 to August 2021. Previous positions include Senior Manager at Fidelity Investments, Member Service Supervisor at Molina Healthcare, and Operations Manager at Rio Grande Credit Union. Michelle earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2016, along with a Bachelor of Science in Management from the same institution in 2011, and attended the Western CUNA Management School from 2006 to 2008.
