Elena Storm

Elena Storm has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Elena started their career in 1996 as a Management Information Systems Manager at the City of Albuquerque, where they developed and maintained a database management system and provided supervision to staff. Elena then worked at the State of New Mexico as a Database Programmer Consultant, where they developed, updated, and maintained databases and trained staff on their use.

In 2007, Elena joined Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. as a Human Resources Administrator, before transitioning to Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in 2010 as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. In this role, they led initiatives to attract qualified candidates and implemented operational infrastructure for the entire Talent Acquisition organization.

Elena then moved to Raytheon Technologies in 2017 as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for the Missiles & Defense division. Elena further advanced their career at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, taking on the position of Lead Talent Acquisition Recruiter.
