Kelly Stanton

Kelly Stanton's work experience includes a role as a Project Lead Quality at Sandia National Laboratories starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Engineer 4 at Los Alamos National Laboratory from 2021 to 2022. In 2014, they joined IEC Electronics Corp. where they held various roles including Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Control Manager, Sr. Quality Engineer, and Quality Technician from 2014 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician at Refractron Technologies Corp. from 2011 to 2014, and as a Production Associate at IEC Electronics Corp. from 2008 to 2011.

Kelly Stanton earned a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Penn State University, which they attended from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Keuka College, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. Kelly also holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Finger Lakes Community College, which they completed from 2008 to 2010.
