Joseph Paull

Joseph Paull is currently a Project Engineer at Sandis, having previously worked at Alta Planning + Design in various engineering roles. Joseph has experience in active transportation projects, traffic analysis, pavement striping, and traffic signal design. Joseph also has a background in research and construction inspection. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
