Kathleen Charles

Kathleen Charles has held various roles in the sports and operations industries since 2005. Kathleen began their career at Endicott College as an Assistant Men's and Women's Volleyball Coach in 2005. Kathleen then moved to Dartmouth College in 2006 as an Assistant Volleyball Coach. In 2007, they were the Director of Volleyball Operations at the University of Georgia. From 2008 to 2014, they were the Head Volleyball Coach at Kenyon College. During this time, they also worked at Sunshine Volleyball Club as a Recruiting Coordinator/Team Trainer and at Great Expectations College Prep, LLC as a College Counselor and Athletic Recruiting Specialist. In 2017, they joined VIBE Volleyball Lab as a College Recruiting Specialist. Most recently, they have been the Chief Of Staff and Director Of Operations at Sandland Sleep since 2020.

Kathleen Charles attended Juniata College from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies, Political Science, and Economics.
