Reggie Piercy

Reggie Piercy has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Their most recent role is Vice President of Business Development at Sandler Training since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. from 2011 to 2019, where they held the positions of Senior Vice President Operations and Director of Operations. Before joining Vision Hospitality, Reggie worked at Chartwell Hospitality as a Regional Manager and General Manager from 2009 to 2011. Reggie also served as a Lead General Manager at White Lodging Services from 2005 to 2009. Reggie's early career includes roles at Marriott International, where they held positions such as Dual General Manager, Regional Director, and Director of Training & Associate Relations from 1990 to 2005. Reggie also worked as the Director of Training & Development at Jameson Hospitality from 1997 to 2000.

Reggie Piercy obtained a BS in Business Administration Management from Concord University in the years 1981-1985. They also pursued further education by completing a certificate in Hospitality & Tourism from Florida Atlantic University in 2020. In addition, Reggie Piercy completed a degree in Education specializing in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from West Virginia University in 1986-1987. Prior to this, they completed their college preparatory education at Iaeger High School from 1978 to 1981, focusing on Accounting and Business/Management. Reggie Piercy has also received various certifications, including a Sandler Business Development Facilitator Certification from Sandler Training in 2020, an Experiential Learning Certified Facilitator certification from Berry College in 2000, a First Things First Facilitator certification from FranklinCovey in 1997, and an MBTI Facilitator certification from The Myers-Briggs Company in 1996. They have also obtained multiple facilitator certifications from Marriott International, FranklinCovey, and Gallup in various leadership and management fields between 1994 and 1996. Furthermore, Reggie Piercy holds a K-8 Teacher certification from West Virginia University in 1987.
