LaToya Lugg-Jarrett is an experienced Housekeeping Manager with a diverse background in the hospitality industry, holding leadership roles at multiple prestigious establishments, including Sandman Hotel Group, Black Rock Oceanfront Resort, and Sandals Resorts International. Currently at Sandman Hotel Group since April 2023, LaToya focuses on restructuring and enhancing operations, implementing Best Practices, and fostering team motivation and empowerment. LaToya has also acquired extensive educational qualifications, including a Graduate Certificate in Hotel, Resort & Restaurant Management from Centennial College and a pending International Executive Masters in Business Administration from Florida International University.
