Claire D’Abreu Hayling

Claire D’Abreu Hayling is the current Chief Scientific Officer at Sandoz. Claire has held this position since October 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of Global Sterile R&D at Teva Pharmaceuticals from December 2006 to October 2021. Before that, they were the Head of Analytical Technology at Sanofi from July 2002 to December 2006. Claire D’Abreu Hayling began their career as an Analyst at GSK in August 1988 and worked their way up to Analytical Team Leader before leaving in December 2002.

Claire D’Abreu Hayling has a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Control from University of London. Claire also has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from The University of the West Indies.
