Geda Jonaitiene has a diverse work experience history. From 2003 to 2006, they worked at Artogama as the IT Sales & Project Management Department Head. Geda then joined SBBC Ltd. "Scandinavian business center" in 2006 and served as the General Manager until 2010. In 2010, Geda started working at Novartis, where they held various roles over the years, including HR Business Partner Baltics, Office Manager, Diversity & Inclusion Champion Baltics, and Country People & Organization (HR) Head Baltics. Geda'sresponsibilities at Novartis included leading HR strategy, policy, and activities in the Baltics, as well as being a member of the HR Board and Country Leadership Team. Currently, Geda is working at Sandoz as the Global Head HR Compliance.
Geda Jonaitiene completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Vilnius University in 2003. In 2005, they enrolled in Mykolas Romeris University for a Master's degree in Business Psychology, which they are currently pursuing. Geda also holds certifications in Coaching from Baltijos Koučingo Centras and as an NLP Practitioner from ICTA International Coach and Trainer Association.
