Katharina Böhner

Katharina Böhner, geb. Sprenkamp, currently serves as Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Sandoz since July 2023, focusing on internal communications and employee value proposition. Prior to this role, Böhner accumulated extensive experience at Bayer AG from June 2007 to October 2022, holding various positions including Senior Internal Communications Manager and International Coordination & Global Communications Community Manager. Key responsibilities included talent development programs, managing social media and intranet, and overseeing digital communications projects such as annual and sustainability reports. Böhner also held a short-term assignment as Communications Manager in the USA and began their career with internships at Rheinische Post Mediengruppe and BASF, following a Magister Artium degree in German and Media studies from Paderborn University and studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
