Maximilian Rod is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Sandoz since March 2021, Maximilian leads a team of 10 direct reports, overseeing sales for the North-West region of Austria and managing key performance indicators. Previous roles at Sandoz include Hospital & Tender Manager, Therapy Area Lead Oncology, and Key Account Manager Oncology, where responsibilities spanned P&L management, key account management, product launch, and strategic planning. Prior to Sandoz, Maximilian held managerial positions at Apotheke Zur heiligen Brigitta and Essenz Apotheke. Maximilian holds an MBA in Health Care Management from WU Executive Academy and a Magister in Pharmacy from the University of Vienna.
