Tripti Jha

Tripti Jha serves as the Chief People Officer (CHRO) at Sandoz since May 2023. Prior to this role, Tripti held various leadership positions at Novartis from 2004 to 2023, including Chief Talent & Transformation Officer and Chief Talent & People Solutions Officer, leading a global team of over 2000 HR professionals and driving significant culture and business transformation initiatives. Tripti's experience encompasses strategic talent management, HR centers of excellence, and organizational development, alongside an impactful tenure as HR Director for Novartis Pharma Russia. Tripti also contributed to public health efforts as a Partnership Officer with CARE. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University.
