Samir Manji

Samir Manji has a strong background in real estate and leadership roles. Samir currently serves as the President and CEO, as well as a Trustee, of Artis REIT since May 2021. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Trustee of Artis REIT starting from January 2021. Samir also held the position of Chair of the Board of Trustees at Artis REIT from November 2020. Before joining Artis REIT, they were the CEO of Sandpiper Group, a Real Estate Private Equity firm, since August 2016. Additionally, Samir Manji has significant experience at Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc, where they were the Founder and Chairman from December 1996 to December 2015.

Samir Manji earned a BA Honors Accounting and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Waterloo between 1987 and 1992.
