Liz Coleman

Liz Coleman currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Sands Anderson PC, where the focus is on providing reliable legal support to a diverse client base in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to this role, Liz was the Owner of Coleman Professional Recruiting LLC, offering consulting and coaching services for talent pipeline development and client growth strategies. Liz's extensive experience in legal recruiting includes serving as Senior Vice President and Co-Owner of Prime Legal Staff Corporation, which emerged as Virginia's leading legal-specific recruiting company, and as Executive Director for Special Counsel, overseeing all Virginia offices and business development efforts. Liz holds a J.D. from Regent University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Tech.
