Tomas Dziugelis

Tomas Dziugelis serves as the General Manager and Global Head of Services at Sandvik Coromant since August 2018, focusing on expanding the services business and enhancing product offerings. Prior to this role, Tomas was the Vice President of the Enterprise Program Management Office, overseeing strategy execution and transformations. At Hiab, from September 2014 to August 2018, Tomas held several director-level positions, including leading strategy and business development, new products and services, and program office initiatives aimed at turnaround and profit acceleration. As a founding partner of Footprint Partners AB, Tomas consulted on low-cost sourcing and growth strategies for Nordic industrial firms. During a tenure at McKinsey & Company, Tomas worked predominantly with industrial and private equity clients as a Senior Engagement Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Swedbank Lietuvoje as an Investment Banking Analyst and as a Project Manager for e-commerce at "Teo." Tomas holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola.
