Charlotte Roumeliotis

Charlotte Roumeliotis is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly within the mining and construction sectors. Since June 2012, Charlotte has held various leadership roles at Sandvik, including VP & Business Area General Counsel for Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions and previously in senior legal counsel positions for Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology and Sandvik Construction. Prior to Sandvik, Charlotte served as a Senior Associate at Hammarskiöld & Co, specializing in banking, financing, M&A, and corporate law, and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2011.
